Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise:
  Wall paintings
  Dealer board installations
  Shop decorations and in-shop branding
  Track and follow up on CRM entries by the marketing team.
  Organize bar bender meets, engineer engagement programs, and training events.
  Manage gifting logistics for dealers and customers (monthly distribution & tracking).
  Follow up with freelancers, designers, and agencies for creative deliverables.
  Ensure social media or digital enquiries and complaints are captured in CRM and assigned to the relevant field executives.
  Provide field photos, activity reports, and updates to the Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements:

Strong coordination and field follow-up abilities
Good communication and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
Familiarity with CRM apps or systems
Ability to work with local vendors and blue-collar marketing teams
Fluency in local language(s) is a plus

Education: Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
