We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell personal care and cosmetic raw materials. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires extensive travel within the assigned region to meet clients and ensure business growth.
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the personal care and cosmetic raw materials industry.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into long-term business partnerships.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaboration: Collaborate with technical and product teams to provide clients with suitable solutions.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Achieving Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Travel & Client Meetings: Travel extensively (15-20 days per month) to meet with existing and potential clients.
Order Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and timely delivery.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing of personal care/cosmetic raw materials or a similar industry.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, English, and Tamil (for Tamil Nadu role).
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Good understanding of the personal care and cosmetic ingredients market.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
