Role: Sales Executive (Electric Vehicles) A fast growing NBFC in retail electric vehicle finance is looking for freshers who are willing to grow in a fast-paced environment. We are an early mover in financing electric mobility having funded over 5000 electric vehicles in India already in B2B portfolio as well as indirectly. In retail EV finance, we aim to finance more than 5000 electric three-wheeler L5 loaders alone over the next 12 months for select OEMs in India. o Position deliverables The role envisages the following: ● Promoting products and services to clients and potential customers. ● Enter into and manage partnership and alliances with Vehicle OEMs local officials and their dealers ● Building relationships with clients and customers to understand their needs. ● Ensure fluency in local language, handling local team and clients of the area assigned ● Negotiate contracts and sales deals with clients, balancing the needs of the client with the interests of the organization. ● Research the market and competition to understand what makes their offering the best choice for the customer. ● Attend trade shows, exhibitions, industry conferences, and promotional events. ● Recording sales figures and producing reports. ● Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and other third parties. ● Achieving set targets. o About you 1. You are a proactive and independent person and are looking to take on independent responsibility 2. You are good with numbers, have an analytical bent of mind and are curious by nature 3. You can work as an independent contributor with little/ no support 4. You are looking to join a young firm and believe in our mission (The mission of the company is to be an innovative market maker debt financing venture dedicated towards financing sustainable energy in India and catalysing the industry towards scale.) o You must have ● Good Communication and interpersonal skills. ● Graduation is a must. MBA preferred. ● Willing to work in Retail loan sales and collections for an NBFC. ● Hands-on and good interpersonal skills, with a go-getter attitude ● Attention to detail and accuracy ● Ability to convert sales work to data through computers and mobile apps ● Willingness to travel extensively to engage the market
