Job Overview& Solid Edge Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing revenue in the assigned territory. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the PVC edge band tapes industry ,laminate industry, plywood industry, particle board industry and hot melt glue industry only. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the PVC edge band tapes industry, laminate industry, plywood industry, particle board industry and hot melt glue industry only.Proven track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel within the assigned territoryknow local language Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territoryIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer baseBuild and maintain relationships with key customers and dealersProvide product demonstrations and technical support to customersMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunitiesCollaborate with the Marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaignsPrepare sales reports and forecasts for management reviewStay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.    We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Executive to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition. Responsibilities · “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)· Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness· Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships· Meet personal and team sales targets· Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads· Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments· Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data· Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory Requirements· Proven sales experience· Should be from same industry· Track record of over-achieving quota· Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management· Computer use competency· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills· Self motivated and driven· Qualification- Any Graduate
