As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing business relationships with potential clients and existing customers in the assigned region. You will represent the company’s business solutions, services, and products to clients, aiming to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs in the business solutions industry.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Sales Presentations: Conduct on-site meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s business solutions and products.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their business needs and propose customized solutions.
Negotiation and Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated with the latest market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve business strategies.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure that clients’ needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Customer Support and Retention: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and addressing any concerns or issues. Build customer loyalty and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the business solutions or technology services industry.
Skills:
