We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven FMCG Sales Executive to join our team in Durg. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in FMCG sales and a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.

• Generate sales by identifying and reaching potential customers in the assigned territory.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.

• Handle order collection, follow-ups, and timely coordination with the supply chain team.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Knowledge of the local market in Durg and nearby areas.

• Must have a two-wheeler for field sales activities.
