Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Field Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers based on their needs.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.

BTL Marketing & On-Ground Promotions:
- Plan and execute BTL activities, such as roadshows, kiosks, product demonstrations, corporate camps, and door-to-door marketing.
- Organize and manage local events, mall activations, and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Partner with residential societies, corporate offices, retailers, and community hubs for on-ground engagement and product promotions.
- Distribute marketing collaterals, conduct surveys, and collect customer data for follow-ups.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of BTL campaigns and report performance insights.
