Field Sales Executive

1. Sales & Business Development:

   • Develop and implement sales strategies to target potential clients for ongoing or upcoming projects.

   • Lead end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing, ensuring project goals align with client needs.

   • Identify new business opportunities within specific markets or industries.

   • Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

   • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth.

2. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

   • Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote specific projects and services to the target audience.

   • Create engaging content for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.

   • Develop and manage project-specific marketing materials (e.g., brochures, proposals, presentations).

   • Coordinate with internal teams, including designers and content creators, to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

   • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

3. Collaboration & Communication:

   • Serve as a liaison between the project management team, sales department, and marketing team to ensure smooth project delivery.

   • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, including sales forecasts and marketing campaign results.

   • Manage customer inquiries and concerns throughout the sales and project phases.

   • Organize meetings and presentations to pitch project offerings to prospective clients.

4. Client & Project Management:

   • Work closely with project managers to ensure client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

   • Support project-related events, workshops, or conferences, enhancing client engagement and showcasing project successes.

   • Assist with contract negotiations and project pricing, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

5. Budgeting & Reporting:

   • Prepare and manage project sales and marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective marketing strategies.

   • Provide regular sales performance reports, insights, and forecasts to senior management.
