Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented, and experienced Loan Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in marketing financial products, particularly loans, and will play a key role in expanding the company's customer base and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, social media, referrals, events, and partnerships. Convert leads into potential customers by offering appropriate loan products.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new loan offerings. Keep updated with competitor activities and industry developments.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide ongoing support to clients through the loan application process and ensure their satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Monitor and report on sales performance and seek opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the loan processing and operations teams to ensure smooth loan application and approval processes.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth loan process from application to disbursement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years in marketing loans or financial products.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales or marketing, with the ability to achieve targets and close deals.
Market Knowledge: Understanding of the loan market, financial products, and customer needs.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving sales.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and loan processing systems.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in loan marketing or financial services.
Ability to handle client objections and provide solutions.
Good networking skills and an existing contact base in the financial industry.
