Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, social media, referrals, events, and partnerships. Convert leads into potential customers by offering appropriate loan products.

 Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new loan offerings. Keep updated with competitor activities and industry developments.

 Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide ongoing support to clients through the loan application process and ensure their satisfaction.

 Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Monitor and report on sales performance and seek opportunities for improvement.

 Collaboration: Work closely with the loan processing and operations teams to ensure smooth loan application and approval processes.

 Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth loan process from application to disbursement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Experience: 1-3 years in marketing loans or financial products.

 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

 Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales or marketing, with the ability to achieve targets and close deals.

 Market Knowledge: Understanding of the loan market, financial products, and customer needs.

 Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving sales.

 Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and loan processing systems.
