We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of the sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in a designated geographic area. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Sales Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues they may encounter.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs (key performance indicators).
Report on sales activities, progress, and achievements to management on a regular basis.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of market demands.
Collect customer feedback and market data to inform product or service improvements.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure the right sales materials, campaigns, and product offerings are in place.
Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly with clients.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Strong self-motivation and ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Knowledge of the local market and existing connections with key industry players.
