Job Description: Responsibilities: 1- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. 2- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 3- Sales Planning and Execution: Identify potential customers and market opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective customers. 4- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 4- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with internal teams (such as marketing and product development) to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to share information and insights. 5- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market conditions, competitive activities, and industry trends. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market demands. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
