We are urgently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Cross Selling Manager - Field sales  to lead and drive cross-selling initiatives, enhance revenue streams, and maximize customer value. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cross-selling strategies across products and services.

• Identify new opportunities for product penetration within the existing customer base.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to design and execute campaigns.

• Analyze customer data and behavior to optimize cross-selling effectiveness.

• Train and guide the sales team on cross-selling techniques and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Minimum 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales

• Excellent communication

• Ability to analyze data

• Translate insights into actionable strategies
