Responsibilities:
BMS – Business and P&L
· Meet month on month target of enrolment and activation of BMS
· Plan and meet monthly target of loan and liabilities sourced vis BMS
· Plan for recruitment in the location
· Ensure productivity target are met for BMOs on all parameters
· Identify and proactive hiring for less productive BMOs
· Ensure 100% collection efficiency
BMS operation Planning:
· Manages the overall business performance of BMS vertical in the state
· Responsible of ensuring training and IT deployment are done prior initiating the BMS plan in the branch
· Plans and implements of marketing and promotional campaigns of branches where new BMS were being created
· Manages mass activations as and were happening
· Maintain good audit rating
Internal Communication:
· Monitoring and mentoring the team on opening new BMS
· Effectively communicating the field staff upon the number to be achieved.
· Communicating and regular follow ups to branches upon the new promotional activities vs target achievement to branches there in the state
· Coordinating all department to meet BMS goals
