Profile-Sales Executive/Team Leader

Experience: 2 - 4 years (Minimum 1.5 - 2 years as a Team Lead if applying for Team Leader)
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 103
Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a team of field sales executives

• Drive sales performance and achieve targets through team efforts

• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations

• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for better productivity

• Monitor and analyze sales reports to improve strategies
  Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of field sales experience (real estate preferred)

• Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of experience as a Team Lead (must have led a team in the current or previous role)

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

• Target-driven and able to motivate a team effectively

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
