Drive on-field sales of construction equipment, building strong relationships with clients in the Gujarat market.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market needs.
Mentor and guide the sales team for their professional development and optimal performance.
Create and deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing excellent communication skills.
Monitor sales metrics and provide insightful reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales of construction equipment.
Prior work experience in the Gujarat market is advantageous.
Proven ability to manage and inspire a team of sales engineers.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to lead a team and excel in field sales.
Immediate availability is essential.
