•Scope of Work:•

- •Area of Operation:•
- You will be assigned a specific area within a 5 to 10 km radius.

- •Primary Responsibilities:•
- Visit shopkeepers within the assigned area to explain the •QR Associate• and •Boarding Plan• offered by the company.
- Clearly and skillfully communicate the business proposal to shopkeepers, ensuring they understand the benefits and are convinced to associate with the company.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for shopkeepers to become •QR Associates• and guide them in setting up the board.

- •Daily Targets:•
- Conduct daily visits to meet prospective clients.
- Meet both •pre-onboarding• and •post-onboarding• targets as assigned.

- •Target-Based Role:•
- This role is focused on achieving specific targets for field sales and onboarding QR Associates.
- Additional targets may also be assigned for cross-selling other financial products.

•Required Skills:•
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to effectively explain business proposals and benefits.
- Willingness to travel locally and engage directly with shopkeepers.

•Training Support:•
- Comprehensive training will be provided by the company to help you understand the QR Associate onboarding process and the product offerings in detail.

•Purpose of the Role:•
To expand the company's network by onboarding shopkeepers as QR Associates and promoting additional financial products, driving business growth within the assigned area.
