You will be mainly responsible for sales operations in a specific field, monitoring and supervising the team of sales representatives, evaluating their performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating with them regularly. You will also develop and implement sales plans, targets, and goals, hire and train new team members, and delegate tasks.
You will research market trends, identify customer needs and behavior, and analyze sales data and metrics.
