KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for recruiting advisors/agents, providing training, and building a high-performing team to drive business growth. Must comply with established operational protocols and company standards.
Field Engagement:
● Recruit part-time individuals seeking flexible job opportunities as advisors/agents.
● Conduct regular client meetings and visits.
Team Leadership:
● Guide your team in generating leads through diverse channels such as social media, personal networks, referrals, and word-of-mouth marketing.
● Encourage and oversee business acquisition efforts through field activities and local client interactions.
● Ensure your team delivers suitable financial solutions tailored to customer needs.
Types of Rewards:

REQUIREMENTS:
● Minimum graduate qualification with at least 1 year of experience in sales.
● Willingness or prior experience in conducting local client visits.
