Key Responsibilities:
● Visit potential customers and pitch the company’s products/services
● Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, and referrals
● Develop in-depth knowledge of products/services and convey their value effectively
● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals
● Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM/tools
● Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to improve offerings
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
● Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, onboarding, or issue resolution
Required Skills:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in face-to-face meetings
● Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections
● Familiarity with local geography and language is a plus
● Basic knowledge of using mobile apps/CRM tools
Eligibility:
● Graduation amust
● Experience in field sales, telemarketing, or client-facing roles is a plus
● Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable to the role)
