The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for client relations, sales, business relationship management, customer service, and effective communication on a day-to-day basis.Sales and Business Development:Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referralsKey Competencies:Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.High level of motivation and determination.Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.Strong organizational and time management skills.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma is required.Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic knowledge of Ms excelValid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territoryFreshers with sales oriented mindset skill are also eligible.
