Field Sales Officer

Hiring Parameters:

▪️ Must be required minimum 6 months of experience in LAP/mortgage product only

▪️ The respective candidate must be currently working and achieving his monthly target, need to check last 3 months of incentive

Responsibilities:

▪️ Building relationships: Relationship managers build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and clients. They do this through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.

▪️ Guiding clients: Relationship managers guide clients in their decision-making process. They also ensure compliance with regulations.

▪️ Cross-selling and upselling: Relationship managers cross-sell and upsell products to clients.

▪️ Working with other departments: Relationship managers work with other departments to meet company goals.

▪️ Using CRM systems: Relationship managers use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
