Field Sales Officer

 Assist customers and retailers in placing orders through the E-commerce website or mobile

app.

 Provide hands-on support for digital payments and order tracking.

 Collect customer feedback and help resolve basic ordering or delivery-related issues.

 Maintain daily records of visits, orders placed, and customer interactions.

 Achieve daily/weekly targets for order volumes and customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Prior experience in customer onboarding or digital sales.
