Job Description

Visit customers and keep accurate records
Explain product features and benefits
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
Generate leads and negotiate deals

01/- Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales goals by selling health insurance policies.

02/-Lead Generation: Identify prospects through cold-calling, referrals, and market research.

03/-Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships, address queries, and provide excellent service.

04/-Policy Promotion: Educate customers on products via presentations and promotional events.

05/-Coordination: Collaborate with the team, underwriters, and claims department for seamless service.

06/-Documentation: Ensure accurate completion of forms and compliance with company policies.

07/-Reporting: Track and report sales activities and performance metrics regularly.

08/-Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and enhance sales skills.

09/- Candidate should be fluent In English and Hindi.

10/- English Versant - 4.5
