Field Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Sl No Particulars 1 "Working on the operation and maintenance of STP, WTP, and ETP systems." 2 "To visit all the assigned STP sites twice a month." 3 "He will take on the role of a supervisor." 4 "Daily monitoring of all plants/sites in hybrid mode and leading the operator team." 5 "Will take daily updates on chemical consumption and maintenance records." 6 "He will act as an intermediary between the operators and management (both customer and our side). He will take technical lead and coordinate between the management and the operator team." 7 "He will share daily updates on all plant activities with Dhaval Sir and Jangam Sir." 8 "In case of any maintenance issues, he will promptly inform and coordinate with the senior management." 9 "He will prepare documents and reports, and submit them to the client after obtaining prior approval from our management." 10 "He is also responsible for proper execution of operations and ensuring that water quality consistently meets Pollution Control Board standards." 11 "He will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting."
