Area Supervisor position is open at Facility Management Company in Okhla New Delhi and working will be from Gurgaon (whole Gurgaon area/Bawal). The role requires candidates has strong leadership skills and is able to motivate and manage staff. The Supervisor ensures that the area is running smoothly and efficiently while meeting the goals and objectives of our organization. Oversees the day-to-day maintenance and support of buildings, grounds, and facilities systems, supervising staff in field client sites, coordinating work, and ensuring safety and functionality. Handle client sites, visit to client sites. Build strong relationships with teams, client sites.Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly. Maintain and grow the client database effectively. Training to staff in field client sites. Job Requirements:Candidates with 12th/graduation pass and min 2 years to 9 years of experience in Field as Area Supervisor in any Facility management company, with good knowledge of Housekeeping chemical and housekeeping cleaning equipment's.Proficiency in computer use and ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.Knowledge/Exp is must Supervision of staff/Teams, Facility Management, uses of Housekeeping Chemical and cleaning equipment's knowledge is must in this job
