Field Support Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to support ongoing and upcoming commercial fit-out projects in Bangalore, including SS Plaza. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in site execution, project management, basic civil engineering, and designing, along with hands-on experience in managing commercial interior fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality execution of commercial fit-out works.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Review and interpret design drawings and BOQs, ensuring on-ground implementation as per approved plans.

• Oversee site execution activities including civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work.

• Maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and highlight delays or risks to the project manager.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality parameters, and compliance protocols on site.

• Track and verify materials, resources, and manpower requirements at the site.

• Prepare site reports, daily progress updates, and assist in billing and documentation.

• Ensure smooth coordination between multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
