Job Responsibilities
Day to begin on Field assist app with marking of attendance and selection of the beat of the day.
1. Minimum 40 outlets visits, Minimum 30s productive outlets
2. Report sales on app throughout the day, ensure compliance.
3. 100% outlet coverage in the assigned territory / beat
4. T.S.I should be collected new distributors list from the market.
5. Report the following :- Any issues with order taking- Supplies and Service- Competition activity, rates etc.- Marketing activities- New outlet opening- Damages & Returns- Surveys, Schemes and Promotions (if any)- Other related market information- Utilization of POP material- Capture Primary and Secondary orders
6. Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, monthly Targets
7. Ensure proper (as per guidelines) display and merchandising at outlets
8. Report stock or distribution related issues, if any
9. Generate and report daily sales report to respective manager
10. Ensure distributor wise closing stocks on weekly and monthly basis.
