Job Description
- Visit customers and keep accurate records
- Explain product features and benefits
- Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
- Generate leads and negotiate deals
Day to begin on Field assist app with marking of attendance and selection of the beat of the
day.
Minimum 40 outlets visits, Minimum 25 productive outlets
Report sales on app throughout the day, ensure compliance.
100% outlet coverage in the assigned territory / beat
Report the following :
- Any issues with order taking
- Supplies and Service
- Competition activity, rates etc.
- Marketing activities
- New outlet opening
- Damages & Returns
- Surveys, Schemes and Promotions (if any)
- Other related market information
- Utilization of POP material
- Captur Secondary orders
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, monthly Targets
Ensure proper (as per guidelines) display and merchandising at outlets
Report stock or distribution related issues, if any
Generate and report daily sales report to respective manager
day.
