We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for personal care products.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable personal care products.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, ingredients, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.

• Retail Store Operations: Assist in stock management, display arrangement, and maintaining a clean and organized sales area.

• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by providing excellent service and upselling relevant products.

• Promotions & Offers: Inform customers about discounts, new launches, and promotional campaigns.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail shop sales (personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of personal care and beauty products is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays if required.
