Sales & Distribution Support:
Assist in the execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Support sales teams in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
Process orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Coordinate with retailers and distributors for product placement and stock replenishment.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries from customers and retailers.
Build strong relationships with distributors and key account managers.
Troubleshoot issues related to product availability or delivery.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Assist in managing stock rotation to prevent product expiry or damage.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
Support in the ordering and receiving of products.
Marketing & Brand Support:
Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.
Help in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials (posters, brochures, etc.).
Collect feedback from customers to support marketing strategies.
Logistics and Supply Chain:
Assist with warehouse operations, ensuring products are stored properly.
Ensure proper handling and transportation of goods to meet customer demand.
Work closely with logistics teams to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
Administrative Support:
Assist in data entry, tracking sales reports, and updating inventory systems.
Maintain documentation and reports related to product sales, customer feedback, and delivery schedules.
Health, Safety, and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
Promote and support a clean and safe work area.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (further qualifications in business, marketing, or supply chain management is a plus).
Experience: Prior experience in sales, operations, or customer service in an FMCG environment is advantageous.
