We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our B2B customer base in the beauty care industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new retail clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and driving sales growth through strategic business development and field sales initiatives.
Identify and approach salons, spas, beauty stores, and distributors to promote and sell company products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for retail partners.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management team.
Handle negotiations, contracts, and order processing efficiently.
Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or field sales (preferably in the beauty care industry).
Strong network and existing relationships with beauty retailers, salons, or distributors are a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
