Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive both primary and secondary sales of our CP fittings and sanitary ware products. The role involves developing dealer/distributor networks, generating sales leads, achieving monthly sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Sales:
Identify and appoint new distributors/dealers in assigned territories.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual primary sales targets.
Ensure regular order booking and timely payments from distributors.
Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and logistics.
Secondary Sales:
Promote product sales to retailers, plumbers, architects, builders, and contractors.
Generate demand at the market level through influencer management (e.g., plumbers/contractors).
Ensure product visibility and availability in retail outlets.
Conduct regular market visits and beat planning for efficient coverage.
Additional Duties:
Provide regular sales reports, competitor activity insights, and market feedback.
Ensure branding and merchandising at point-of-sale locations.
Maintain strong after-sales service and client satisfaction.
