Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and qualify prospects for IT products and services.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects over the phone, via video calls, or in webinars, highlighting the value of our IT solutions.
Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, offering product solutions, and ensuring they receive excellent service.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions while adhering to company guidelines.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team and management to strategize and meet sales targets. Provide valuable customer feedback for improving products and services.
CRM Management: Update and manage all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain accurate records of customer engagements and progress.
