Agent Recruitment & Business Growth:
Recruit agents through various sources to achieve business targets.
Execute the organizational strategy to drive desired business results.
Expand and sustain the existing business base by strengthening relationships with channel partners.
Training & Development:
Train and develop recruited agents to enhance productivity and sales performance.
Ensure agents are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques.
Client & Relationship Management:
Maintain and enhance service levels for existing clients to ensure long-term business retention.
Conduct follow-ups and coordinate with stakeholders for approvals, payouts, and administrative processes.
New Business Development:
Explore and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Increase the organizational market share by acquiring new clients and expanding the agent network.
Process Improvement & Market Analysis:
Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance business opportunities.
