We are a growing e-waste recycling company specializing in purchasing used and scrap electronics, including motherboards, processors, and other IT equipment. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and convert provided leads into successful deals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Contact and follow up with provided leads to convert them into sellers.
• Identify and develop relationships with new scrap dealers, IT asset disposal companies, and e-waste suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals for purchasing e-waste materials.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, negotiations, and transactions.
• Stay updated on e-waste market trends and pricing.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
Training & Support:
• We will provide complete training on what to buy and at what price.
• You will learn how to evaluate e-waste materials and negotiate effectively.
• Ongoing support to help you succeed in the role.
Requirements:
• No prior experience required – we will train you.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.
• Basic knowledge of electronics is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation:
• Fixed salary + performance-based commission.
