Job Description

As anInsurance Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling
insurance products to potential customers over the phone. You will be responsible for building
rapport with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering them tailored insurance
solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Target Achievement:
Makeoutbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our insurance products.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date on the company's insurance products and services.
Explain policy details, coverage, and benefits to customers effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide excellent customer service, including addressing queries and concerns.
Identify potential leads and maintain an organized customer database.
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline
