Loan Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Tele caller to join our Loan Department. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati, and at least 1 year of experience in tele calling, preferably in the finance or loan sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain loan products.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options.

Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and close the deals effectively.

Handle customer queries courteously and professionally.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling (loan/finance background preferred).

Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati is compulsory.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Positive attitude and goal-oriented personality.
