Role and Responsibilities of a Medicine Representative:

1. Product Promotion:

Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote and provide information about the company's pharmaceutical products.

Explain the benefits, uses, and effectiveness of the products clearly and professionally.

2. Sales Target Achievement:

Achieve or exceed sales targets assigned by the company within your territory.

Create and implement strategies to increase product sales and ensure business growth.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers.

Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide post-sales support as needed.

4. Territory Coverage:

Effectively plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for territory coverage.

Ensure regular follow-ups with healthcare professionals.

5. Market Analysis:

Gather insights about competitor activities, customer preferences, and market trends to enhance sales strategies.

6. Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on company products and services to confidently answer questions and make effective presentations.

7. Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit daily and monthly reports to the concerned manager.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Any Graduate (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields).

Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing (minimum 1 year).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, result-driven, and customer-focused.

Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
