Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.

• Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities and provide product information.

• Achieve sales targets and expand market reach.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize business growth.

• Travel extensively (20 days per month outside Gujarat) for business development.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years in pharmaceutical sales.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field (preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
