Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and target potential customers (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals).Promote and sell medical products or devices to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Follow up with existing clients to ensure continued business.2. Product Promotion & DemonstrationConduct product presentations and demonstrations for doctors, nurses, and medical staff.Explain the benefits, usage, and features of medical products.Provide samples and trial packs where applicable.3. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.Understand doctors' and hospitals' needs to offer suitable products.Address customer queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.4. Market Research & Competitor AnalysisStay updated with market trends and competitor activities.Identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas.Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to improve sales strategies.5. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain records of sales, client interactions, and inventory.Submit daily or weekly sales reports to managers.Track sales performance and strategize improvements.6.
