Medical Representative,

Location – gurgaon+ NCR

Min Exp – 4+ yrs

Preferable Industry – Pharma, Only

Take Home – 20 to 30% hike on current ctc (Max cap –45k to 50 k )

TA/DA – 250/day

Incentive – Based on target achievement

1. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships in the Pharma,

2.Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling .

3.Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients and Doctor Relations.

4.Achieve sales targets by promoting products and closing deals.

5.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with Doctors.

6.Conduct market analysis to understand competitors, customer needs, and trends.

7.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and supply chain) to ensure seamles order fulfillment.

8.Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and business transactions

9.Represent the company in trade shows, industry events, and client meeting

10.Provide regulreports on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

✔️ 4+ years of experience in business development or sales.

✔️ Strong network in Pharma, FMCG, OTC, or Cosmetics industries.

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✔️ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

✔️ Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics.

✔️ Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
