Visit customers and keep accurate records
Explain product features and benefits
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
Generate leads and negotiate deals

Job Responsibilities:

1. Managing daily operations of B2C Parking Sites.
2. Conducting regular Audits for Quality Assurance and better customer experience.
3. Regularly updating internal databases as per the changes at parking sites.
4. Maintaining relationships with Contractors/External Stakeholders and regularly updating
them of Company's Operational Schemes and updates.
5. Ensuring that operators are trained .
6. Ensuring the highest level of customer experience.
7. Payment Collection and POS Issue Resolution.
8. Driving POS and PPG Sales on ground along with scouting new sites for onboarding.
