Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing of properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

• Provide clients with guidance on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

• Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.

• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, agreements, closing statements).

• Negotiate offers and counteroffers with clients and other agents.

• Stay current with real estate laws, market trends, and best practices.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing top-notch service.

• Maintain and update listings of available properties.

• Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and attorneys during the sale process.
