Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with land brokers and landowners who are interested in leasing their space for cinema development.
• Negotiate leasing agreements and ensure terms are favorable for both parties.
• Communicate investment opportunities to landowners, encouraging them to finance and invest in the construction of our cinemas.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential real estate partners to secure new cinema locations.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on potential deals, ongoing negotiations, and closed agreements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably with experience in commercial property.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial investment opportunities related to property development.
• Ability to network and build relationships with landowners and brokers.
• Self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with real estate laws and leasing contracts is an advantage.
