Reporting To: Sales Manager
Weāre looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field-Based Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. In this role, youāll be responsible for actively engaging with prospective buyers, showcasing properties, managing client relationships, and driving property sales within your assigned territory.
Prospect and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and cold outreach.
Conduct property tours and present listings to potential buyers in a consultative manner.
Develop and maintain deep knowledge of your local property market and inventory.
Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the entire sales process.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property status via CRM tools.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, admin) to ensure smooth transactions.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competition in your region.
Proven experience in real estate sales, field sales, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Fluent in English + (Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Hindi/others)
Excellent time management and ability to work independently in the field.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
Valid driverās license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Background in property sales
Local market knowledge
Bachelorās degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
