Real Estate Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting site visits to our farmland properties to guide prospects and ensure an

enjoyable experience.

• Timely follow-ups with prospects to ensure each enquiry either moves ahead in

the sales process.

• Meeting and exceeding targets for site visits generated and conversions to

bookings.

 Keeping up to date with our offerings as well as competition.

 Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the

CRM. Maintaining overview of all enquiries in the system to generate new site

visits or to re-activate older site visit data.

 Participating in events, conferences and project launches when required.

• Collaborating with the operations and hospitality teams to develop, implement

and improve facilities and experiences at the farms.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast paced sales

environment. 

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 A passion for sales and a willingness to learn and improve. 

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. 

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs and other relevant software.
