Job Description
- Visit customers and keep accurate records
- Explain product features and benefits
- Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
- Generate leads and negotiate deals
Real Estate Business Activities, includes to communicate effectively with the property owners and prospective buyers through telecommunication and social media apps, arranging the inspection of the flats to the prospective clients.
Area of Operation: Our Property activities shall be limited around Sion Area only
Responsible for Real Estate market research for generating property Inventory and sales, Advertising through Web Based Digital Marketing through property portals, facebook, google adds other social media apps, to reach out to generate sales inquiries and arrange inspection of properties to the clients and all other real estate relate activities
Skills Needed: Computer Operator MS Word & MS Excel, Email, Internet Surfing. Good Communication Skills, Business communication, Interpersonal Skills, Client communication
Kotak and Company will provide a salary in the range of 15000 INR to 25000 INR plus Incentives on the materialized real estate deals. The exact salary will be decided based on candidate’s skills, experience and interview performance
