We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our existing and potential customers, and drive loan sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored loan solutions.
2. Loan Sales: Generate new business leads and sell loan products to customers, meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
3. Customer Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
4. Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell loan products.
5. Credit Analysis: Analyze customer creditworthiness and make informed decisions on loan applications.
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
