Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & Retention: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly.
2. Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or expanding business with existing clients. This often involves understanding client goals and presenting relevant products or services.
3. Client On boarding: Help on board new clients, guiding them through the company’s processes and ensuring they are satisfied with the products/services they receive.
4. Problem Solving: Address and resolve client concerns or issues, working to find solutions quickly and effectively.
5. Market Insights & Reporting: Track client performance, industry trends, and competitors to provide valuable insights and advice to clients.
6. Collaboration: Work with internal teams (such as sales, marketing, customer support, and operations) to ensure clients’ needs are met.
7. Service Delivery: Ensure the timely and quality delivery of products or services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
8. Contract Management: Oversee the renewal and renegotiation of contracts with existing clients.
